Still searching for that silver lining.
Is it possible that it exists in any problem that exists?
How are we to know where to find it?
When the situation blinds our eyes from its glitter.

The glitter seems to exist only in an idealistic world.
Where is the world when we need it?
When we see a big screen kiss, and wish it was us.
We see the lovers kiss, dream, but they move on.

They move on like a migrant to his next field.
They move on, leaving us blasted, hit with reality.
We only hope that what happend to them, happend to us.
But, when it all comes down to it, its all a Hollywood moment.

We know of the moment, a moment frozen in time, forever.
A moment that we dream of all our lives, fantascize about.
We wonder when it will happen to us.
But, in reality, we know better.

The silver lining in a kiss is nothing but a tarnished relic.
A fleeting moment that captures an essance.
A feeling of euphoria in an unsane world.
A world that crashes down around you, when you least expect.

The tarnished and ravished lining is a comforting thought,
In a tired and weary mind..keeps us young, vibrant.
Vibrant in a place thats seems to hurt too much to bare.
A true silver lining exists in only an idealistic world.

That world, only exists in Hollywood.
