

Install the light switch.
Remove the "blank switch" hole cover from the back of the headlight adjustment panel.. Remove the two small screws holding the "blank switch" hole cover. In the image below, you can see the screwdriver on one screw. Remove this screw and the one at the bottom and to the right. The hole cover will then slip out of the housing. The screws will be used to reinstall the hole cover.

Drill the blank switch plug to accept the switch.
Caution: Care should be taken to make sure that the hole is not oversize. This part is not available as a replacement part.
Mark the center point and drill a .625 (5/8") hole.
Insert the green, red, and brown leads from the relay harness, through the back of the switch plug and through the hole.
Attach the wires to the switch in accordance with the below wiring diagram.
Do not change this connections.
Hold the switch so that looking at the back, the three connectors for the leg of a T and the two side connectors form the top of the T.
The right connector at the top of the T is not used.
The red wire connects to the left connector at the top of the T.
The green wire connects to the center connector of the T leg.
The brown wires that are jumped together connect to the top and bottom connectors of the T leg.

Align the switch and snap into place. The switch is held in place by the snap connectors so there is no retaining nut.
Reinstall the blank switch cover using the two small screws that were removed earlier.
Just inside the opening for the headlight adjustment panel opening is a large wiring harness with a boot. Inside the boot that is in the lower right corner of the panel opening is a unused small black 4-pin connector. Connect the white 4-pin connector on the relay harness to this connector.

Do not reinstall the headlight adjustment panel at this time.
